you have never seen a chair like this before

 

inspired by the "egg chairs" of the late 50's and early 60's we came up with this truly unique design. the body is a deconstructed truncated icosahedron in birch ply which sits on a single steel stem with a swivel base.

 

upholstery continues the segmented aesthetic with both hexagons and pentagons making up the body hugging form.
